Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival during low season, and up to 14 days before arrival during high season. Cancellations made after these periods will incur a charge of 50% (low season) or 100% (high season) of the total stay. If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the full stay will be charged. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to your original method of payment.
A 100% down payment is required to confirm your reservation. All room rates are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT and municipality fees, and are subject to change without prior notice.
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM (noon). A late check-out between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM will incur a charge of 50% of the room rate, and a check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged the full room rate, subject to hotel confirmation and availability.
